My favorite part of my week is sitting down with my macros, local sales ads, and a grocery list to plan my meals. Let me spend time doing it for you, too!
Services like hello fresh can get expensive, and sometimes all you want is to not have to think about what you're going to cook! That's where I come in.
Choose one of the package options, and I will make a meal plan for you. A basic meal plan allows me to ask you a few questions that gives me a foundation (I hate cherries, I have eggs in the fridge I need to use up this week, and I don't like overly carb-y breakfasts) so that I can design a meal prep you'll be happy with.
Additional tiers include more meal options, or our 'expert level' where you provide your macros and workout schedule, letting me do all the icky math for you!
My standard package includes (2) breakfast meals, (2) lunches, and (2) dinners with (2) additional options on dinner for variety.
