I will provide you with a list of ingredients to help you transition to a healthy vegan diet. The list will be personalized to your needs and preferences. These lists will also include ingredients that don't necessarily go in the pantry, like plant milk, condiments and so on. This is not a diet plan, a meal plan or a prescription in any way, shape, or form. The lists I will provide are suggestions based on my 10+ year experience being a plant-based practitioner.
