I will provide a 3 week program for each person who has purchased my program. I will first discuss with the client their goals and current status. Then I will start constructing their program and support their growth to achieve the goal.
I will send out the logs throughout google spreadsheet so I both myself and the client can see the results in real time. If there are other platforms that want to be used other than google spreadsheets I will try my best to be flexible and support it.
