Just send over your fitness goals wether it be losing a couple lbs of fat or gaining some muscle.
The plan provides:
- A 6 day work out plan ( rest days are essential, one is enough )
- 1 revision
This plan does not provide:
- A diet or supplements
- Coaching (unless extra service is purchased)
