Give You My Personal 12 Week Gym Workout Plan

This is my 12 week muscle and strength building workout plan which also includes the supplements I used that work, and how often I used them. I started following this routine once I became qualified and had the correct knowledge to achieve my physical transformation goals, which gave me fast and impressive results (check out my before and after photos). For this program you will need access to a gym and have a basic understanding of how to use the equipment there. If you don't know what you are doing please look at my beginner guide to working out.
