About:

I have naturally transformed my body in 10 years from 42kgs to 75kgs at 10% body fat. I never took any supplements, whey protein, steroids or any such thing. I have complete knowledge of diet plans and workouts for Fat Loss or Muscle Building. I have had up-to 10 clients, out of which 5 were virtual clients, and all of them have been able to gain/lose up-to 1kg per week (with natural high carb diet) depending on their targets.
