Tapping is a simple and effective energy technique also known as Emotional Freedom Technique. By tapping on meridian points in the body we are able to release blockages that keep us stuck and unable to reach our goals.I will create a tapping meditation that will help you move towards your goal: releasing of anger, getting rid of stress, gaining more confidence about something, sleeping better, clarity about a decision, losing weight, etc.
The more specific you are, the more effective tapping is. Therefore I ask you to answer a few questions as a requirement. Tapping works best working hand in hand in a session with a practitioner but if that is out of your budget or you want to try tapping first, this is the best option.
You can tap along your meditation once a day for as many days as you need to until you feel it's completely integrated or you feel satisfied.
If you have never done tapping please let me know. I'll make sure to add a pdf file with the meridian points and an audio with instructions and precautions to keep in mind.
I can create meditations both in English and Spanish.
